How much does Fitness.et GMS cost?

Plans are priced in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) and billed monthly, with a free tier to start and no hidden fees. You can see current pricing on the landing page and cancel any time.

Does the gym management system work offline?

Yes. Fitness.et is offline-first: QR member check-in and daily operations keep working without internet and sync automatically once your local network or connection is back.

Can I migrate my gym from paper or another system?

Yes. We support importing your existing members and, for larger gyms, offer on-site paper migration as part of the Enterprise plan — contact us to arrange it.

How do members check in?

Members scan a QR code on arrival. Check-in takes under a second, works offline, and records attendance against their profile and subscription automatically.

Can I send renewal reminders over Telegram and SMS?

Yes. Fitness.et sends renewal reminders, payment receipts, and AI daily briefs to members and staff over both Telegram and SMS.

Does it calculate trainer payouts?

Yes. Trainer commissions are calculated per session automatically, so you can review and approve everyone in one click at month-end.

Does it support multiple gym branches?

Yes. Multi-branch gyms and chains are supported through the Enterprise plan, which also covers paper migration and custom integrations.
